    【摘要】 目的：了解赛洛唑啉滴鼻剂联合吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿分泌性中耳炎的临床效果及对可溶性白介素2受体(sIL-2R)、T淋巴细胞亚群水平的影响。方法：将毕节市第一人民医院2021年3月—2022年5月收治的95例分泌性中耳炎患儿随机分为试验组(47例)及对照组(48例)。对照组患儿应用鼓膜穿刺术、抗生素及吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗，试验组在此基础上加用赛洛唑啉滴鼻剂，对比两组患儿的治疗效果、治疗前后的鼓室压和气导听阈、治疗前后sIL-2R和T淋巴细胞亚群水平及不良反应。结果：试验组患儿临床治疗有效率(91.49%)高于对照组(75.00%)(P0.05)；治疗后，两组患儿鼓室压、气导听阈均较治疗前改善(P0.05)；治疗后，两组患儿sIL-2R、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+T淋巴细胞均较治疗前低，CD8+T淋巴细胞较治疗前增高(P0.05)。结论：赛洛唑啉滴鼻剂联合吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿分泌性中耳炎的临床效果确切，且能通过影响sIL-2R、T淋巴细胞亚群从而调整机体免疫功能，副作用小。
