    【摘要】 氯胺酮是一种苯环利啶衍生物，由左旋氯胺酮和右旋氯胺酮构成的外消旋混合物，是具有多种应用的静脉麻醉药，而艾司氯胺酮是氯胺酮的S-对映异构体，其药效是外消旋混合物的两倍，具有更好的镇痛、镇静作用，具有血流动力学稳定的特点，并减少氯胺酮相关精神副作用的发生率。目前艾司氯胺酮在胸外科手术中的应用得到了广泛的重视，本文就艾司氯胺酮的药理机制、在胸外科手术中的应用及研究进展进行综述。

    [Abstract] Ketamine is a phenylcyclidine derivative， which is a racemic mixture composed of L-Ketamine and D-Ketamine. It is an intravenous anesthetic with multiple applications. Esketamine is the S-enantiomer of Ketamine. Its efficacy is twice that of the racemic mixture. It has better analgesic and sedative effects， features stable hemodynamics， and reduces the incidence of Ketamine related mental side effects. At present， the application of Esketamine in thoracic surgery has received extensive attention. This article reviews the pharmacological mechanism of Esketamine， its application in thoracic surgery and research progress.
