    【摘要】 目的：探討切口复位内固定术(ORIF)联合韧带修复术在踝关节骨折伴三角韧带损伤患者中的应用效果。方法：选取84例贵黔国际总医院2020年8月—2022年8月收治的踝关节骨折伴三角韧带损伤患者，按随机数字表法分为两组，各42例。对照组行ORIF治疗，观察组加用韧带修复术治疗。比较两组手术情况、疼痛评分、踝关节恢复情况、足踝功能、生活质量及并发症发生情况。结果：观察组手术时间为(111.25±8.96)min，长于对照组的(98.74±8.45)min，住院时间、骨折愈合时间分别为(15.89±1.42)d、(11.85±1.34)周，均短于对照组的(18.05±1.46)d、(13.54±1.42)周，差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：ORIF联合韧带修复术治疗踝关节骨折伴三角韧带损伤效果更佳，缩短骨折愈合时间，加快足踝功能恢复，改善术后生活质量，安全可靠。
