    【摘要】 目的：探究加味八珍汤配合腹针治疗气阴两虚型便秘的效果。方法：选取2020年6月—2023年3月苏州市中西医结合医院接诊的气阴两虚型便秘患者122例，按照随机数字表法将患者分为常规组(加味八珍汤)和联合组(加味八珍汤配合腹针治疗)。统计中医证候评分、便秘患者症状自评量表(PAC-SYM)、临床疗效、不良反应。结果：治療后，联合组中医证候评分、PAC-SYM评分均低于常规组，差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：加味八珍汤配合腹针治疗老年气阴两虚型便秘效果确切，可缓解症状，且安全。
