    【摘要】 目的：探討小柴胡汤合止嗽散加减在感冒后咳嗽中的应用效果。方法：选择2022年1月—2023年12月北京市丰台区蒲黄榆社区卫生服务中心收治的感冒后咳嗽患者100例，通过随机数字表法实施分组。参考组(n=50)予以常规西医治疗，研究组(n=50)在常规西医治疗基础上加用小柴胡汤合止嗽散加减治疗，两组均持续治疗2周。观察两组咳嗽症状积分、临床疗效、血液指标和不良反应发生情况。结果：两组治疗后的咳嗽症状各项积分均低于治疗前，且研究组均低于参考组，差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：小柴胡汤合止嗽散加减能够提高感冒后咳嗽临床疗效，缓解患者临床症状及炎症反应，且不会增加不良反应。
