    【摘要】 目的：探讨胃灵颗粒对胃溃疡(GU)患者幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除率、表皮生长因子(EGF)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)的影响。方法：选择2021年1月—2023年7月宜都市人民医院103例GU患者，随机分为观察组50例和对照组53例。两组均接受规范抗Hp的四联疗法，观察组在此基础上口服胃灵颗粒，两组均治疗14 d。比较临床疗效、Hp根除率、EGF和PGE2水平，以及药物不良反应。结果：观察组总有效率为100%，高于对照组的86.79%(P0.05)。结论：胃灵颗粒治疗GU能提高Hp感染根除率，促进胃黏膜分泌EGF、PGE2，增强胃黏膜修复功能，疗效显著。
