    【摘要】 目的：分析极/超低出生体重儿出生后1周内并发高血糖的影响因素。方法：回顾2016年8月—2023年8月在上饶市人民医院新生儿科出生的300例极/超低出生体重儿资料，根据出生后1周内是否并发高血糖(空腹血糖>7 mmol/L)分为正常组(n=220)和异常组(n=80)，比较两组资料。结果：出生后1周内高血糖发生率26.67%(80/300)，发生时间多在24 h内，平均高血糖持续时间(3.44±0.52)d，首发高血糖浓度平均(9.34±1.03)mmol/L；异常组体重7 mmol/L) within 1 week after birth， they were divided into normal group (n=220) and abnormal group (n=80)， and the data of the two groups were compared.
