    【摘要】 慢性肾脏病睡眠障碍不仅影响患者的日常生活及工作，严重时甚至影响人身安全。本文通过梳理中医外治技术在慢性肾脏病睡眠障碍的应用现状及研究进展，通过文献的汇总分析显示，中医外治技术通过不同方式改善患者睡眠状态，提高患者睡眠质量，在维持人体健康方面有着重要作用。

    [Abstract] Sleep disorders in patients with chronic kidney disease not only affect their daily lives and work， but also affect their personal safety in severe cases. This article reviews the application status and research progress of external treatment technology of traditional Chinese medicine in sleep disorders of chronic kidney disease. Through summary and analysis of literature， it is shown that external treatment technology of traditional Chinese medicine can improve patients' sleep status and improve their sleep quality in different ways， which plays an important role in maintaining human health. ......
