    【摘要】 常见的子宫局灶性病变(focal uterine lesions，FUL)包括良性病变和恶性病变。恶性FUL早期的诊断与治疗对于提高生存率和改善预后起着至关重要的作用。不同的FUL的病理特点不同，微血管灌注也存在差异。经静脉超声造影(CEUS)技术作为有效的微血管显像方式，为鉴别诊断FUL的良恶性及进一步评估恶性病变提供了更多的信息，为临床医师管理患者方案的选择提供了客观的影像资料。本文就经静脉CEUS在常见FUL中诊断及评估的应用现状做一综述。
