    【摘要】 偏头痛-抑郁障碍共病是临床常见合并症。随着心身医学发展，偏头痛的治疗常同时兼顾心理干预。基于“因病致郁，因郁致病”理论，从中西医角度探讨偏头痛与抑郁障碍的双向关系，开拓临床诊疗思路。

    [Abstract] Migraine-depressive disorder comorbidity is a common clinical complication. With the development of psychosomatic medicine， the treatment of migraine is often combined with psychological intervention. Based on the theory of "depression-induced disease and disease-induced depression"， exploring the two-way relationship between migraine and depressive disorder from the perspective of Chinese and western medicine， and develop clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas.
