    【摘要】 癌性疼痛是癌症治疗过程中最常见的并发症之一，在很大程度上影响着患者的生活质量和生命周期，有效管理患者的癌性疼痛已经成为癌症治疗亟待解决的难题。本研究总结了国内外文献资料，梳理了与癌性疼痛相关的影响因素及治疗策略，同时讨论了癌性疼痛治疗的新理念，以期为癌性疼痛患者的诊疗和护理策略的制订提供借鉴和参考。
