柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗乳腺癌的进展研究

李廷来【摘要】 尽管现代医学不断发展,乳腺癌放化疗及手术治疗技术也在革新和发展,但在长期治疗和健康管理中依旧存在药物副作用、放化疗不良反应及肿瘤复发转移等风险。针对以上问题,不少学者专注于中医药研究,尝试将柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤加减方应用于乳腺癌患者早期、放化疗及术后各个阶段的治疗中,实施辨证施治,起到扶正益气、滋阴养血、清热化湿的功效,提高患者临床治疗效率,延长其生存期。本文将简述乳腺癌的病因病机及柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤的相关药理,对近年来柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗乳腺癌的研究进行综述,以供参考。
