【摘要】 目的：探讨健康赋权理论下专项护理结合接纳与承诺疗法对泌尿系结石患者自护能力、健康素养及遵医行为的影响。方法：选取2022年3月—2023年12月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九二五医院收治的106例泌尿系结石患者，按随机数字表法分为两组，各53例。两组均接受常规护理，对照组在常规护理基础上给予接纳与承诺疗法干预；观察组在对照组基础上采用健康赋权理论下专项护理干预。对比两组自护能力、健康素养及遵医行为。结果：干预前，两组自护能力、健康素养评分比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。出院时，观察组自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)、健康意愿、交流互动、信息获取各项评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组遵医用药、遵医饮食、遵医运动、疾病认知评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：健康赋权理论下专项护理结合接纳与承诺疗法的应用，可提高泌尿系结石患者自护能力，提升其健康素养水平。
