【摘要】 目的：观察“治未病”理念下特色中医护理在肺结核患者中的应用及对预后的影响。方法：选取2022年2月—2023年3月在赣州市第五人民医院接受治疗的82例肺结核患者，根据抛掷硬币法分为对照组(n=40)和中医组(n=42)。对照组接受常规的护理干预，中医组给予“治未病”理念下的特色中医护理。比较两组肺功能、自护能力、情绪及预后情况(痰菌阴转率、并发症发生情况)。结果：干预6个月后，两组最大呼气流量(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)指标均较干预前上升，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预6个月后，中医组自我护理技能、责任感、自我概念、健康认知水平评分均显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预6个月后，两组焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale，SAS)和抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale，SDS)评分均较干预前下降，且中医组评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者痰菌阴转率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中医组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：肺结核患者应用“治未病”理念下的特色中医护理可有效改善肺部功能，提升自我护理能力，改善负性情绪及预后。
