【摘要】 目的：探讨骨科机器人辅助复位空心螺钉内固定治疗老年外展嵌插型股骨颈骨折的效果。方法：回顾性分析2021年3月—2023年11月在南昌县人民医院接受诊治的102例老年外展嵌插型股骨颈骨折患者的临床资料。根据手术方式的不同分为两组，各51例；机器人组行骨科机器人辅助复位空心螺钉内固定治疗，传统组行传统复位空心螺钉内固定治疗。比较两组手术时间、术中透视次数、术中导针钻孔次数、内固定失效率及术后6个月的髋关节功能。结果：机器人组手术时间短于传统组，术中透视次数、术中导针钻孔次数均少于传统组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。机器人组内固定失效率低于传统组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6个月，机器人组Harris髋关节评分高于传统组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：骨科机器人辅助复位空心螺钉内固定治疗老年外展嵌插型股骨颈骨折的效果良好，可缩短手术时间，减少术中透视次数和术中导针钻孔次数，更有利于髋关节功能恢复。
