【摘要】 胆道并发症(biliary complications，BCs)是肝移植术后的常见并发症。肝移植术后BCs主要包括胆漏、胆道狭窄(吻合口性和非吻合口性)、胆道结石等，这些并发症极大地影响了肝移植受者的预后。本文尝试从肝移植术后BCs的分类、发生率、病因、诊断、治疗等方面入手进行总结并做出综述，旨在预防并诊治肝移植术后BCs，进而改善移植患者预后。

    [Abstract] Biliary complications (BCs) are common complications after liver transplantation. BCs mainly include bile leakage， biliary strictures (anastomotic and non-anastomotic)， and biliary stones， which greatly affect the prognosis of liver transplant recipients. This article attempts to summarize and review the classification， incidence， etiology， diagnosis and treatment of BCs after liver transplantation， aiming to prevent， diagnose and treat BCs after liver transplantation in order to improve the prognosis of transplant patients.
