【摘要】 目的：观察热敏灸结合放血疗法对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者腰椎功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法：选择2022年8月—2023年5月广州市中西医结合医院收治的84例LDH患者作为研究对象，依据随机数字表法分为两组，各42例。对照组给予西药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予热敏灸结合放血疗法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、腰椎功能、疼痛评分及日常生活能力。结果：观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后，两组Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于治疗前，且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后，两组日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：热敏灸结合放血疗法可缓解LDH患者腰椎疼痛，改善腰椎功能，提高日常生活能力，治疗效果较佳。
