【摘要】 目的：探讨推拿联合加味黄芪赤风汤治疗神经根型颈椎病气虚血瘀证患者的效果。方法：选择2022年1月—2023年5月九江市中医医院98例神经根型颈椎病气虚血瘀证患者，按照随机数字表法分为两组，各49例。对照组用常规治疗，观察组加用推拿联合加味黄芪赤风汤治疗。比较两组中医主证积分、颈部活动度、颈椎功能、颈部疼痛程度。结果：治疗后，观察组中医主证积分中颈项疼痛、头晕、神疲乏力、肢体麻木评分均低于对照组，颈部左、右侧旋转及侧屈的活动度均大于对照组，颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)、Northwick Park颈痛量表(NPQ)评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：推拿联合加味黄芪赤风汤治疗神经根型颈椎病气虚血瘀证患者具有显著的效果，可有效改善患者的中医证候、颈部活动度和颈部疼痛程度，为临床治疗提供了一种有效的中医药物疗法。
