【摘要】 偏瘫肩痛(HSP)是脑卒中患者常见的并发症之一，严重影响患者的康复进程和生活质量。重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation， rTMS)作为一种无创的神经调控技术，已广泛用于治疗各种神经系统疾病。本文综述了rTMS的作用机制及rTMS联合其他治疗对HSP患者的疼痛缓解、运动功能及生活质量改善等方面的潜在效益，以期为该类患者提供最佳的治疗策略，促进患者的身体康复。

    [Abstract] Hemiplegic shoulder pain (HSP) is one of the common complications in stroke patients， which seriously affects the rehabilitation process and quality of life.
