【摘要】 颌面部间隙感染是指在口腔、颌面部及颈部潜在间隙内发生的炎症的总称，是口腔常见的急症之一，严重时可引起颅内感染或纵隔炎等并发症。由于抗生素耐药性的增加，临床需要迅速有效地识别病原菌。新一代测序技术的发展为临床早期明确致病菌提供新的检测方法，从而及时了解病原菌分布特点，以确定抗生素种类，并针对性应用，以期获得良好的治疗结果。本文对口腔颌面部间隙感染相关病原菌的特点及耐药情况进行总结，旨在制订合理有效的个性化用药方案，为临床研究及试验用药提供借鉴。
