【摘要】 神经母细胞瘤(neuroblastoma，NB)是儿童常见的异质性高、生长迅速且容易转移的恶性肿瘤之一。上皮间质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition，EMT)是恶性肿瘤细胞侵袭和转移的重要过程。近年来越来越多的研究显示，中医药对恶性肿瘤细胞EMT过程的抑制作用显著。本文就涉及EMT的相关信号通路、中医药对恶性肿瘤细胞EMT的影响及机制、EMT与NB侵袭及转移关系的进展进行综述。

    [Abstract] Neuroblastoma (NB) is one of the common malignant tumors with high heterogeneity， rapid growth， and easy metastasis in children. Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) is an important process in the invasion and metastasis of malignant tumor cells.
