【摘要】 心脏疾病是心血管疾病中死亡和致残的主要原因。连接蛋白43(Cx43)是哺乳动物心室肌细胞中最主要的连接蛋白，其表达、分布及磷酸化水平的异常与心律失常、心肌梗死、心力衰竭和糖尿病心肌病等密切相关。本文就Cx43与常见心脏疾病的研究进展进行综述，为心脏疾病的进一步研究及开发相关治疗药物提供参考。

    [Abstract] Heart disease is a leading cause of death and disability in cardiovascular disease. Connexin 43 (Cx43) is the most important connexin in mammalian ventricular myocytes， and its abnormal expression， distribution and phosphorylation level are closely related to arrhythmia， myocardial infarction， heart failure and diabetic cardiomyopathy. The review aims to explore the research progress of Cx43 and common heart disease， so as to provide a reference for the further research on heart disease and the development of relevant therapeutic drugs.
