【摘要】 目的：探究撬拨复位技术在治疗儿童难复性肱骨髁上骨折中的应用效果。方法：选取2021年7月—2023年7月赣州市妇幼保健院小儿骨科收治的80例儿童难复性肱骨髁上骨折患者作为研究对象。根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组(n=60)和研究组(n=20)。研究组采用撬拨复位技术治疗，对照组采用切开复位治疗。比较两组的围手术期指标、肢体活动度、疼痛程度、生活质量及肘关节情况。结果：研究组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后，研究组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组，肢体功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后，研究组健康调查简表(SF-36)各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；末次随访时两组患侧肘关节的Baumann角、提携角均在正常范围内，且研究组均高于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组Flynn优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：采用撬拨复位技术治疗儿童难复性肱骨髁上骨折的效果较好，可有效加速患者恢复，改善患者的肢体功能、肘关节情况，并减轻患者的疼痛程度。
