【摘要】 目的：探究高位肌间感染肛瘘患者应用经肛括约肌间切开术(TROPIS)治疗的临床效果。方法：采用随机数字表法将景德镇市中医医院2022年10月—2023年10月收治的80例高位括约肌间感染的肛瘘患者分为两组，每组40例。对照组采用肛瘘切开挂线术，观察组应用TROPIS治疗。对比两组临床疗效、疼痛评分、创面愈合情况、肛门失禁评分、并发症。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%，高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比，观察组术后第1、3、7天的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均较低，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比，观察组创面愈合时间较早；术后第3天、第7天的Wexner肛门失禁评分均较低，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组并发症发生率25.00%相比，观察组的2.50%较低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：采用TROPIS治疗高位肌间感染肛瘘患者更有利于提高治疗效果，减轻术后疼痛，降低肛门失禁的风险，减少并发症发生风险。
