【摘要】 目的：分析经尿道前列腺等离子电切术(TUPKRP)对良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者前列腺症状及性功能的影响。方法：前瞻性选取2020年1月—2023年1月盐城市大丰人民医院泌尿外科收治的82例有手术指征的BPH患者作为研究对象。随机分为TURP组[行经尿道前列腺切除术(TURP)治疗]与TUPKRP组(TUPKRP治疗)，各41例。比较两组围手术期指标、手术并发症、前列腺症状[残余尿量(PVR)、最大尿流速(Qmax)、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)评分]、性能力[国际勃起功能简表指数-5(IIEF-5)评分]。结果：TUPKRP组手术时间、住院时间均短于TURP组，术中出血量少于TURP组，切除组织重量高于TURP组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组导尿时间比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。TUPKRP组术后并发症发生率低于TURP组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6个月，TUPKRP组PVR、IPSS评分均低于TURP组，Qmax、IIEF-5评分均高于TURP组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：TUPKRP具有手术时间短、创伤小、更多切除前列腺增生组织等优势，有利于改善BPH患者前列腺症状，降低并发症发生率，促进性能力恢复。
