【摘要】 抑郁症作为一种心境障碍，在我国具有高复发率、高致残率等特点。θ短阵快速脉冲经颅磁刺激是一种特殊形式的重复经颅磁刺激，在治疗抑郁症方面已取得一定的研究成果，但有关θ短阵快速脉冲经颅磁刺激治疗抑郁症刺激参数的选择还存在争议。本文就θ短阵快速脉冲经颅磁刺激治疗抑郁症的刺激参数对疗效的影响进行描述及讨论，为临床应用θ短阵快速脉冲经颅磁刺激治疗抑郁症提供一定的参考依据。

    [Abstract] Depression as a mood disorder is characterized by high recurrence rate and high disability rate in China. Theta-burst stimulation， a special form of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation， has yielded some research results in the treatment of depression， but there is controversy regarding the choice of stimulation parameters for theta-burst stimulation in the treatment of depression. This paper describes and discusses the effect of the stimulation parameters of theta-burst stimulation on the efficacy， and provides some reference basis for the clinical application of theta-burst stimulation in the treatment of depression.
