【摘要】 目的：探究环泊酚用于妇科门诊宫腔镜手术全身麻醉的有效性和安全性。方法：选取2022年6月—2023年11月赣州市妇幼保健院接收的100例妇科门诊宫腔镜手术患者，以随机数字表法分为两组，即A组(n=50)、B组(n=50)。A组将丙泊酚用于全身麻醉中实施手术，B组将环泊酚用于全身麻醉中实施手术。比较两组麻醉效果(麻醉诱导时间、苏醒时间)，记录两组不良反应发生率，并记录患者及医师满意度评分。结果：B组苏醒时间早于A组，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)；两组麻醉诱导时间比较，差异无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。B组患者、医师满意度评分均高于A组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：环泊酚用于妇科门诊宫腔镜手术全身麻醉中，能够缩短苏醒时间，降低不良反应发生率，提高患者及医师满意度。
