【摘要】 第三腰椎横突综合征是腰腿痛的常见病因之一，可有下肢放射痛的临床表现。国内外目前有关第三腰椎横突综合征并发下肢放射痛的文章较少，且临床和文献中对下肢放射痛机制的解释较模糊。本文试图通过现有的国内外文献，从神经肌肉筋膜解剖生理关系、生物力学改变、疾病引起的相关病理过程及临床实证方面阐明第三腰椎横突综合征下肢放射痛的机制，为临床提供相关诊疗依据。
