【摘要】 目的：探究5-氨基酮戊酸-光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)联合他克莫司软膏对玫瑰痤疮患者症状缓解时间及生活质量的影响。方法：选取2020年6月—2023年8月中国人民解放军陆军第七十三集团军医院接收的90例玫瑰痤疮患者，以随机数字表法分为两组，即对照组(n=45)、观察组(n=45)。对照组用他克莫司软膏治疗，观察组予以ALA-PDT联合他克莫司软膏治疗，均治疗4周。比较两组疗效、症状缓解时间、症状积分及生活质量[皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)]。结果：与对照组比，观察组总有效率高，症状缓解时间均早，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)；治疗后，两组症状积分、DLQI评分均下降，且观察组均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：ALA-PDT联合他克莫司软膏治疗玫瑰痤疮可提高效果，缩短症状缓解时间，提高患者生活质量。
