【摘要】 特发性炎性肌病(IIM)是一组以肌肉慢性炎症为特征的系统性自身免疫性疾病，心脏受累为其常见并发症，临床易误诊、漏诊，是肌炎患者死亡的最主要原因之一。目前尚无针对IIM患者心脏受累诊断和治疗的统一建议与指南，故本文就IIM患者心脏受累的国内外研究进展进行综述，旨在提高对该病的认识，以及为该病的进一步诊治提供参考依据。

    [Abstract] Idiopathic inflammatory myopathies (IIM) is a group of systemic autoimmune diseases characterized by chronic muscle inflammation. Heart involvement is a common complication， which is often misdiagnosed and missed in clinical practice. It is one of the main causes of death in patients with myositis. At present， there are no unified recommendations and guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac involvement in patients with IIM. Therefore， this article reviews the research progress at home and abroad on cardiac involvement in patients with IIM， aiming to improve the understanding of this disease and provide reference for further diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
