【摘要】 衰弱是一种在老年人中普遍存在的状态，随着社会老龄化的快速进展，老年人衰弱的相关研究逐渐成了国内外关注的热点。三维步态分析(three-dimensional gait analysis，3DGA)作为步态常用的检测方法，可通过精密的仪器测量，量化运动学、动力学及表面肌电等指标。使用3DGA可以为临床中预测或评估衰弱状态提供新途径，从而进行早期筛查与康复指导。本文就近年来针对衰弱老年人所进行的步态分析研究成果进行整理与介绍，旨在增强对衰弱老年人运动过程的认识，为后续研究提供参考。
