MSCT三维重建技术在颅底骨折精准诊断中的临床应用观察

【摘要】 目的:探讨多层螺旋计算机断层扫描(MSCT)三维重建技术在颅底骨折(SBF)精准诊断中的临床应用。方法:回顾性选取2018年6月—2023年6月在吉安市中心人民医院就诊的106例SBF患者的临床资料。所有患者均行MSCT平扫和MSCT三维重建技术检查。以手术检查结果为金标准,比较不同检查方法对不同位置和不同损伤程度SBF的诊断符合率。结果:MSCT三维重建技术诊断不同位置SBF的符合率为90.57%,高于MSCT平扫的61.32%,差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。MSCT三维重建技术诊断不同损伤程度SBF的符合率为93.40%,高于MSCT平扫的55.66%,差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论:相比MSCT平扫,MSCT三维重建技术在SBF诊断中的应用价值更高,可以明确SBF的位置和损伤程度。
