【摘要】 目的：分析男性尖锐湿疣患者组织人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)基因型的感染情况。方法：选择2021年12月—2023年12月于青岛市第三人民医院就诊的199例男性尖锐湿疣患者，采集疣体组织，采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)-反向斑点杂交法检测HPV感染情况，统计男性尖锐湿疣患者HPV感染基因分型，不同感染状态、类型、年龄段患者HPV感染情况。结果：199例男性尖锐湿疣患者HPV感染基因分型中以6亚型和11亚型为主，分别占33.00%、19.19%。低危型、高危型、混合型HPV感染占比分别为53.77%、21.11%、25.13%，以低危型为主。单一感染、二重感染、多重感染占比分别为74.87%、11.56%、13.57%，以单一感染为主。lt;20岁、20～29岁、30～39岁、40～49岁、50～59岁、≥60岁患者的HPV感染占比分别为6.03%、33.67%、25.63%、19.60%、13.57%、1.51%，感染人群以20～29岁为主。结论：男性尖锐湿疣患者HPV感染基因分型以6亚型和11亚型为主，以低危型、单一感染居多，患病人群年龄集中于20～29岁，临床应加以重视，积极做好男性尖锐湿疣HPV感染防治工作。
