【摘要】 目的：探究定向牵伸法在神经根型颈椎病患者中的应用效果及对肌电图指标的影响。方法：将2021年2月—2022年12月长春中医药大学附属第三临床医院的84例神经根型颈椎病患者根据随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(n=42)进行悬吊牵引治疗，观察组(n=42)则进行定向牵伸法治疗。比较两组治疗前后的疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS评分)]、颈椎功能状态[颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评分]及肌电图指标(尺神经及正中神经F波传导速度及潜伏期)。结果：治疗1个疗程及2个疗程后两组的VAS评分均优于治疗前，NDI评分及尺神经、正中神经F波潜伏期均低于治疗前，尺神经及正中神经F波传导速度均高于治疗前，且观察组治疗后的VAS评分优于对照组，NDI评分及尺神经、正中神经F波潜伏期均低于对照组，尺神经及正中神经F波传导速度均高于对照组(Plt;0.05)。结论：定向牵伸法在神经根型颈椎病患者中的应用效果较好，可有效控制患者的疼痛程度及改善颈椎功能、肌电图指标。
