【摘要】 目的：探讨黄芪建中汤联合艾灸对脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛中医症候及胃肠激素的影响。方法：选取2020年1月—2023年10月于鹰潭市人民医院中医科接受诊治的脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者(n=82)为研究对象，根据信封编号后按奇偶数随机法分成联合组和艾灸组，每组41例。艾灸组仅采用艾灸疗法，联合组在艾灸组的基础上联合黄芪建中汤治疗，两组均治疗3周，比较两组胃脘痛症候疗效、中医症候积分、胃肠激素(胃动素、胃泌素-17)水平、胃脘痛程度。结果：联合组治疗有效率为95.12%，高于艾灸组的78.05%，胃脘痛症候疗效优于艾灸组(Plt;0.05)；联合组治疗后中医症候积分低于艾灸组(Plt;0.05)；联合组治疗后胃动素、胃泌素-17水平均高于艾灸组(Plt;0.05)；联合组治疗后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于艾灸组(Plt;0.05)。结论：对脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者采用黄芪建中汤联合艾灸能有效改善中医症候，提高胃动素、胃泌素-17水平，减轻胃脘疼痛。
