【摘要】 目的：探究八珍汤加减治疗肿瘤化疗性肝损伤的临床效果。方法：选取2022年1月—2024年1月景德镇市中医医院收治的86例肿瘤化疗性肝损伤患者，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各43例。对照组采用异甘草酸镁治疗；观察组则采用八珍汤加减治疗。比较两组的治疗总有效率、治疗费用、住院时间、再住院率、症状体征积分，以及治疗前后的肝功能损伤分级、肝功能指标[谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及总胆红素(TBIL)]、肝血流指标[肝动脉收缩期峰值速度(PSV)及阻力指数(RI)]。结果：观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，住院时间显著短于对照组，再住院率显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)；两组治疗费用比较，差异无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)。治疗前，两组症状体征积分、肝功能损伤分级、肝功能指标及肝血流指标比较，差异均无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)；治疗后，观察组ALT、AST、ALP、TBIL及RI均显著低于对照组，肝功能损伤分级显著优于对照组，症状体征积分及PSV均显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：八珍汤加减治疗肿瘤化疗性肝损伤的临床效果较好，可显著改善患者的肝功能及肝脏血流，在本类患者中的应用价值较高。
