【摘要】 目的：探究多元化护理康复锻炼对胫骨平台骨折患者术后肢体功能及知信行状态的影响。方法：选取2021年12月—2023年12月泰州市姜堰中医院80例胫骨平台骨折手术患者，根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组40例和观察组40例。对照组进行常规护理干预，观察组则进行多元化护理康复锻炼。比较两组的膝关节功能优良率、并发症发生率和干预前后的Lysholm评分、Berg平衡量表(Berg balance scale，BBS)评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(Fugl-Meyer assessment，FMA)下肢部分评分及知信行评分。结果：观察组膝关节功能优良率高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。干预前两组的Lysholm评分、BBS评分、FMA下肢部分评分及知信行评分比较，差异均无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)；干预后3个月观察组的Lysholm评分、BBS评分、FMA下肢部分评分及知信行评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：多元化护理康复锻炼有助于改善胫骨平台骨折患者的术后肢体功能，控制并发症发生率，并可有效提升患者的知信行状态。
