【摘要】 目的：探讨玉屏风汤联合布地奈德鼻腔冲洗治疗过敏性鼻炎(肺脾气虚证)患者的效果及对炎症因子、免疫功能的影响。方法：选取2023年1—12月广东省妇幼保健院收治的86例过敏性鼻炎(肺脾气虚证)患者，按照随机数字表法分两组，各43例。对照组给予布地奈德鼻腔冲洗治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用玉屏风汤治疗，两组均治疗2周。比较两组临床疗效、中医症状积分、炎症因子及免疫功能因子水平。结果：观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。治疗后，观察组中医症状积分、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)均低于对照组，γ干扰素(IFN-γ)高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。治疗后，观察组免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)与免疫球蛋白A(IgA)均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：玉屏风汤联合布地奈德鼻腔冲洗可提升过敏性鼻炎(肺脾气虚证)患者的治疗效果，减轻患者局部炎症反应，提升其免疫功能。
