【摘要】 目的：探究内服小青龙汤联合外治中药熏洗足部治疗寒性咳嗽的效果。方法：选取2022年7月—2024年4月景德镇市中医医院收治的80例寒性咳嗽患者，按照随机数字表法分为两组，各40例。对照组行常规治疗，观察组在上述基础上行小青龙汤联合外治中药熏洗足部治疗。比较两组治疗后情况。结果：治疗后观察组肺功能、血气分析指标均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)；治疗后观察组症状消失时间均短于对照组，CRP及不良反应发生率均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：内服小青龙汤联合外治中药熏洗足部治疗寒性咳嗽的效果较好，可改善肺功能和血气分析指标，调节机体CRP水平，且安全性较高。
