【摘要】 目的：分析基于子午流注理论运用揿针联合脐疗治疗糖尿病便秘的效果。方法：选择无锡市中医医院2022年2月—2024年1月诊治的106例糖尿病便秘患者，将其随机分为两组，各53例。对比组给予大黄、肉苁蓉脐疗贴治疗，观察组在对比组基础上给予基于子午流注理论的揿针治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血糖指标、便秘症状积分。结果：观察组临床总有效率(96.23%)高于对比组(75.47%)，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。观察组治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)均低于对比组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。观察组治疗后排便频率、腹胀、排便不尽、排便时间、粪便性状、排便困难积分均低于对比组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：基于子午流注理论运用揿针联合脐疗可有效缓解糖尿病便秘患者便秘症状，调控血糖，临床疗效显著。
