【摘要】 目的：观察血必净注射液联合哌拉西林治疗老年重症肺炎的效果。方法：选取2021年1月—2023年12月宜兴市官林医院109例老年重症肺炎患者，按治疗方案分为对照组(54例)与观察组(55例)。对照组采用哌拉西林治疗，观察组采用哌拉西林联合血必净注射液治疗。对比两组疗效、症状消失时间、住院时间、血清炎症因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组总有效率为96.36%，高于对照组的81.48%(Plt;0.05)；观察组发热、咳嗽、肺啰音消失时间均早于对照组，且住院时间短于对照组(Plt;0.05)；治疗后，观察组C反应蛋白(C reactive protein，CRP)、降钙素原(procalcitonin，PCT)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α，TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6，IL-6)水平均低于对照组(Plt;0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率为7.27%，高于对照组的3.70%，但差异无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)。结论：血必净注射液联合哌拉西林治疗老年重症肺炎可显著提升效果，患者炎症水平明显下降，促进咳嗽、发热等症状消失，且安全性高。
