【摘要】 目的：探究揿针联合肌肉牵伸术治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法：选择2023年5—12月长春中医药大学附属第三临床医院收治的80例肩周炎患者，根据随机数字表法分为两组，各40例。对照组行微波治疗，观察组行揿针联合肌肉牵伸术治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、治疗前后的疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、肩关节功能状态(Constant-Murley肩关节评分)及上肢运动情况[Fugl-Meyer评估表(FMA)]。结果：观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(Plt;0.05)。治疗前，两组VAS评分、Constant-Murley肩关节评分及FMA评分比较，差异均无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)；治疗1、3个疗程后，两组Constant-Murley肩关节评分及FMA评分均显著高于治疗前，且观察组均显著优于对照组(Plt;0.05)。结论：揿针联合肌肉牵伸术治疗肩周炎的临床效果较好，可有效控制患者的疼痛程度及改善肩关节功能状态。
