【摘要】 痛风是一种合成过多尿酸的嘌呤代谢紊乱疾病，随着现代生活方式的发展和改变，痛风患病率逐年上升。白虎加桂枝汤是中医临床常用方剂，古往今来常用于治疗急性痛风性关节炎。药理学研究表明白虎加桂枝汤通过多通路、多靶点抑制炎小体，发挥抗炎作用，改善实验室指标，有效缓解临床症状。同时，本方适用于存在西药选择有限及不良反应较多等问题时，临床也常用白虎加桂枝汤加减及白虎加桂枝汤联合西药增强治疗效果。本文从中医和西医分别探讨白虎加桂枝汤作用机制，总结白虎加桂枝汤临床治疗急性痛风性关节炎的研究进展。
