【摘要】 糖尿病足溃疡(diabetic foot ulcer，DFU)是糖尿病患者合并下肢神经、血管病变从而导致足部感染引发的严重并发症，具有发病率高、创面难愈合等特点。DFU创面难以愈合是造成糖尿病足患者截肢、残疾甚至死亡的重要原因，已成为危害患者健康的公共卫生问题。随着对DFU创面难愈原因的研究日渐深入，发现DFU病情的发展是多种因素综合影响的结果。DFU创面难愈合主要与神经病变、血管病变、感染等因素有关，目前临床治疗工作中行之有效的方法包括西医疗法与中医疗法两种，本文探讨DFU难愈合原因，分析临床治疗DFU的方法，为临床预防和治疗DFU提供理论基础。
