【摘要】 痤疮是皮肤科常见的一种疾病，其发病机制非常复杂，包括环境因素、遗传因素、性激素水平异常、毛囊皮脂腺导管角化异常及其他多种相关因素。随着对该疾病的深入探究，性激素逐渐成为主要关注点之一，皮肤是一个内分泌器官，能够表达多种激素的代谢酶和激素受体。皮脂腺是激素尤其是雄激素生物合成的主要场所，痤疮是经典的雄激素介导的皮肤病。本文将对痤疮的主要发病机制及影响因素、性激素水平的异常与女性痤疮的发生、女性痤疮的激素疗法展开综述，探讨相关性激素和激素受体在痤疮发病机制中的作用。
