【摘要】 2型糖尿病和甲状腺结节均为常见的内分泌疾病。目前认为，2型糖尿病患者中甲状腺结节的发病率较高，但2型糖尿病与甲状腺结节之间的关系仍未完全阐明。该文旨在综述2型糖尿病与甲状腺结节的流行病学、危险因素、发病机制、治疗进展等内容，以探讨两者之间的关联。

    [Abstract] Type 2 diabetes mellitus and thyroid nodule are common endocrine diseases. At present， it is considered that the incidence of thyroid nodule is high in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus， but the relationship between type 2 diabetes mellitus and thyroid nodule has not been fully clarified. This article aims to review the epidemiology， risk factors， pathogenesis and treatment progress of type 2 diabetes mellitus and thyroid nodule， so as to explore the relationship between them.
