【摘要】 目的：探析单孔腹腔镜腹膜外结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟疝患儿的临床效果及对康复指标、并发症的影响。方法：选择安顺市妇幼保健院2023年1月—2024年6月收治的100例小儿腹股沟疝患儿作为研究对象，通过电脑软件抽签法分为研究组(n=50)、对照组(n=50)。对照组采用常规腹腔镜手术治疗，研究组采用单孔腹腔镜腹膜外结扎术治疗。比较两组围手术期指标、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、并发症发生率、复发率。结果：研究组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组，术后排气时间早于对照组，术中失血量少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。术后1、2、12、24 h，研究组VAS评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。研究组并发症发生率、复发率均显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：小儿腹股沟疝患儿采用单孔腹腔镜腹膜外结扎术治疗可缩短手术时间及术后恢复时间，减轻术后疼痛程度，降低并发症发生率及复发率。
