【摘要】 目的：探讨基于赋能理论的高血压护理管理模式在高血压患者护理中的应用效果。方法：选取2023年1月—2024年1月在平度市第五人民医院内科就诊的200例高血压患者，以随机数字表法分为两组，每组100例，传统组给予传统护理干预，赋能组给予基于赋能理论的高血压护理管理模式。对比两组血压水平、遵医行为、不良反应发生率及脑卒中发生率。结果：护理2个月后，赋能组收缩压和舒张压均低于传统组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。护理2个月后，赋能组遵医行为各项评分均高于传统组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。赋能组并发症发生率和脑卒中发生率均低于传统组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：基于赋能理论的高血压护理管理模式在降低血压、改善遵医行为及降低不良反应发生率和脑卒中发生率方面均表现出显著效果，优于传统护理干预。
