【摘要】 目的：探讨四红祛斑汤联合氨甲环酸对气滞血瘀型黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法：选取泰兴市中医院2020年3月—2023年9月收治的80例气滞血瘀型黄褐斑患者为研究对象，采取随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)，对照组行氨甲环酸治疗，观察组在氨甲环酸的基础上联合四红祛斑汤治疗，两组患者均治疗2个月。比较两组症状各项积分、中医症候疗效、皮肤状态及不良反应发生率。结果：治疗后，观察组皮损颜色积分、皮损面积积分、皮损总积分、中医兼症积分评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。观察组中医症候总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。治疗后，观察组皮肤含水程度与皮肤弹性指数均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)。结论：四红祛斑汤联合氨甲环酸具备较好的治疗效果，可有效改善患者皮肤状态，安全性较高。
