【摘要】 目的：探讨火龙罐联合针刺在周围性面瘫患者中的应用价值。方法：选取2023年3月—2024年3月盐城市中医院收治的92例周围性面瘫患者，按照随机数字表法分组。对照组(n=46)采用常规针刺治疗，研究组(n=46)采用火龙罐联合针刺治疗。比较两组面神经功能[House-Brackmann(H-B)分级]、生活质量[面部临床评估(facial clinimetric evaluation，FaCE)]及临床疗效。结果：治疗1周后，研究组的H-B分级评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)；研究组治疗总有效率及治疗1周后的各维度FaCE评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：火龙罐联合针刺治疗周围性面瘫有显著效果，不仅能促进患者面神经的恢复，还能提高其生活质量。
